**Ihre Verantwortung**

* Sie führen rund 35 Lehrpersonen im Zyklus 1, begleiten sie in ihrer professionellen Entwicklung und geben Impulse für die pädagogische Weiterentwicklung. * Sie verantworten die jährliche Klassen- und Pensenplanung im Zyklus 1 und stellen gemeinsam mit dem Schulleitungsteam eine vorausschauende personelle und organisatorische Planung sicher. * Sie koordinieren zentrale Abläufe und Übergänge im Zyklus 1 und sorgen für klare Rahmenbedingungen im Schulalltag. * Sie gestalten die Weiterentwicklung der Primarstufe aktiv mit und übernehmen Verantwortung für ausgewählte Qualitäts- und Entwicklungsprozesse. * Sie sind Ansprechperson für Lehrpersonen, Eltern und Fachstellen und begleiten anspruchsvolle Situationen lösungsorientiert. * Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Schulleitungsteam zusammen und übernehmen gemeinsam Führungsverantwortung für den Zyklus 1.

**Ihr Hintergrund**

* Sie verfügen über ein Lehrdiplom für die Primarstufe und mehrjährige Unterrichtserfahrung * Sie verfügen über die Ausbildung CAS Schulleitung oder sind bereit, diese Ausbildung zu absolvieren. * Sie bringen Führungserfahrung sowie Interesse und Erfahrung in der Schul- und Unterrichtsentwicklung mit. * Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz, treten sicher auf und können Entscheidungen klar und nachvollziehbar vertreten. * Sie arbeiten lösungsorientiert, proaktiv und verbindlich und bewahren auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick und die nötige Ruhe. * Sie arbeiten kooperativ, sind flexibel und bereit, bei Bedarf auch ausserhalb der üblichen Arbeitszeiten Termine wahrzunehmen. * Sie verfügen über gute IT- und Digitalkompetenzen und sind offen für neue Entwicklungen im Schul- und Arbeitsumfeld.
