Du möchtest nicht nur einzelne Bauteile konstruieren, sondern komplette Lösungen von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung begleiten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Deine Aufgaben Konstruktion und Entwicklung von Bauteilen, Baugruppen und kompletten Anlagen im Bereich Nautik Erstellen von 3D\-Modellen, Fertigungs\- und Montagezeichnungen Bearbeitung von Projekten von der Konzeptphase bis zur Fertigungsfreigabe Übernahme von Teilprojektleitungen bei anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten Technische Abklärungen mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachstellen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Montage zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Umsetzung Technische Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen und Optimierungen Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Konstrukteur EFZ, Techniker HF oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Stahl\-, Metall\- oder Anlagenbau Sehr gute CAD\-Kenntnisse, idealerweise mit Autodesk Inventor Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse und praktische Umsetzbarkeit von Konstruktionen Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Freude am Kundenkontakt und an interdisziplinären Projekten Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Kenntnisse in Abas ERP sind von Vorteil Darauf kannst du dich freuen Spannende Projekte, die von einfachen Komponenten bis zu komplexen Sonderanlagen Viel Eigenverantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum Direkter Austausch mit Kunden, Produktion und Montage Flache Hierarchien und schnelle Entscheidungswege Moderne Arbeitsmittel und flexible Arbeitszeiten Individuelle Weiterbildungs\- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Ein motiviertes Team mit hoher Fachkompetenz und echter Leidenschaft für technische Lösungen Bereit, etwas zu bewegen?
