* Gemeinsam mit dem Team realisierst du spannende und vielseitige Holzbauprojekte in den Bereichen Modulbau und Systembau * Von der Ausführungsplanung bis zur Umsetzung auf der Baustelle behältst du den Überblick, koordinierst die relevanten Schnittstellen und sorgst für die Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit * Du begleitest und steuerst die Umsetzung deiner Planungen in den Bereichen Produktion und Montage und unterstützt die Projektleitung * Als Teil eines innovativen Teams trägst du dazu bei, nachhaltige Holzbauprojekte erfolgreich zu realisieren und die Weiterentwicklung moderner Bauweisen aktiv mitzugestalten

**Dein Fundament**

* Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung als Zimmerin/Zimmermann, Zeichner\*in, Konstrukteur\*in oder eine vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung. Erfahrung im Holzbau ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend. Entscheidend sind dein technisches Verständnis, dein Interesse an Konstruktion und deine Motivation, dich in den modernen Holzbau einzuarbeiten * Erfahrung in Konstruktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung oder der technischen Projektbearbeitung ist von Vorteil * Mit CAD-Systemen arbeitest du sicher und bringst Verständnis für Produktions- und Montageabläufe mit * Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Projekte, koordinierst Aufgaben eigenständig und zuverlässig und überzeugst durch eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, vernetztes Denken sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen * Interesse an modernen, nachhaltigen Bauweisen und die Bereitschaft, dein Fachwissen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln, runden dein Profil ab
