Über uns

Aufgaben

  • Ausarbeiten von Konzepten und Angeboten
  • Konstruieren von Stanz\- und Biegewerkzeugen, Folgeverbundwerkzeugen, sowie Prototypenwerkzeugen, Einlegewerkzeugen, Messvorrichtungen und Kontrolllehren
  • Reparaturen, Verbesserungen und Modifikationen bei bestehenden Werkzeugen
  • Projektleitung bei neuen Werkzeugen
  • Erstellen von Detailzeichnungen und Stücklisten
  • Einkauf von Werkzeugen, Normteilen und Ersatzmaterialen
  • Technische Unterstützung des Werkzeugbaus und der Produktion
  • Projektbegleitung während der Herstellung und Bemusterung / Serienreifmachung
  • Terminüberwachung und Einhaltung der Terminvorgaben

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Konstrukteur/\-in / oder Berufslehre als Polymechaniker/\-in bzw. Werkzeugmacher/\-in mit Weiterbildung als Techniker/in HF Maschinenbau
  • Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse eines 3D\-CAD\-Systems (idealerweise TopSolid)
  • Solides Fachwissen und vorzugsweise Erfahrung als Polymechaniker/\-in bzw. Werkzeugmacher/\-in/im Bereich Stanzen und Umformen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, teamfähige und motivierte Persönlichkeit
  • Freude am gemeinsam erarbeiteten Erfolg
