Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Konstruktion passender Spritzgusswerkzeuge sowie Ausarbeitung der dazugehörigen Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Entwicklung und Konstruktion neuer Kunststoffbauteile anhand definierter technischer Anforderungen und interner Vorgaben
  • Fertigungs- und kunststoffgerechte Auslegung der entwickelten Bauteile inklusive Erstellung der erforderlichen Zeichnungen
  • Durchführung konstruktiver Anpassungen und Optimierungen an bestehenden Kunststoffartikeln und Werkzeugen
  • Fertigung und anschliessende Prüfung von Prototypen mithilfe eigener 3D-Prototyping-Technologie
  • Entwicklung geeigneter Hilfsmittel für die Produktion, darunter Vorrichtungen und Bauteilaufnahmen
  • Begleitung der Projekte von der ersten Konzeptphase bis zur erfolgreichen Überführung in die Serienfertigung

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Konstrukteur EFZ, Polymechaniker EFZ, Kunststofftechnologe EFZ oder Produktionsmechaniker EFZ mit entsprechender Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder FH im Bereich Maschinenbau, Kunststofftechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion von Spritzgusswerkzeugen und Kunststoffbauteilen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD- und PLM-Systemen
  • Kreative und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit einer selbstständigen und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
