Der Familienbetrieb Max Schwarz AG steht seit über 90 Jahren für frische, Qualität und zuverlässige Dienstleistungen rund um Gemüse, Jungpflanzen und Kräuter. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per 01.Dezember 2026 eine/n:

Koordinator/in Hilfskräfte 30-40 % (unbefristet)

Im Frühling/Sommer arbeiten bei uns bis zu 80 Hilfskräfte aus verschiedensten Ländern. Du bist zuständig für deren Rekrutierung und bist ihre erste Ansprechperson für Fragen um das «Drumherum»: Welche Papiere müssen wir einreichen? Wie funktioniert die Krankenkasse? Wie läuft das mit meinem Lohn/Kinderzulage? Wo bekomme ich welche Information? Dabei hilft dir dein Gespür für Menschen und unterschiedliche Kulturen. Du er- klärst, übersetzt, fragst nach, vermittelst und sorgst dafür, dass aus kleinen Fragen keine grossen Probleme werden. Als wichtige Drehscheibe entlastest du sowohl die operative Leitung als auch unsere Personaladministration.

Dein Aufgabenbereich: - Kontakt mit zukünftigen und ehemaligen Hilfskräften / Kurzzeitaufenthaltern - Einfordern der notwendigen Unterlagen für Anstellung und Anmeldung - Informationen zu Arbeitsbedingungen, Unterkunft und organisatorischen Fragen - Betreuung unseres Zeiterfassungssystems und Erstellung der monatlichen Stundenrapporte - Erste Ansprechperson bei Fragen zu Lohnabrechnung, Krankentaggeld, Familien- und Kinderzulagen etc.

Was bringst du mit? - Du bist unkompliziert und menschlich sehr zugänglich. Dein Umgang ist fair und respektvoll und trotzdem kannst du eine klare Linie vertreten - Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, zuverlässig und du kannst im Chaos klare Prioritäten setzen - Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Kulturen und kannst dich auch mit Händen & Füssen verständlich ausdrücken - Gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil - Erfahrung in der Personaladministration ist nicht erforderlich.
