The posting

Der Verein «leben wie du und ich» unterstützt Menschen mit Behinderung, ein selbstbestimmtes Leben mit Assistenz zu führen. Seit 14 Jahren wird das Modell, das wir entwickelt haben, in die Praxis umgesetzt, im Einklang mit den Zielen der UN-Behinderten-rechtskonvention. Neben der Begleitung der Assistenznehmenden leisten wir Aufklärungs- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und führen kulturelle Veranstaltungen durch. Seit 2025 sind wir anerkannt als ambulanter Dienstleister durch das Sozialamt des Kantons Zürich (SEBE).

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per Januar 2027 (oder nach Vereinbarung) eine:n

Koordinator:in im Mobilen Kompetenzzentrum (50-60%) ##

In dieser Funktion begleiten Sie Menschen mit Behinderung dabei, ihr Leben mit Assistenz selbstbestimmt zu gestalten. Sie unterstützen die Assistenznehmenden bei der Führung ihres eigenen Assistenzbetriebs und übernehmen dabei je nach Bedarf organisatorische, administrative, fachliche und psychosoziale Aufgaben. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit den Assistenznehmenden, den Assistenzteams und dem Team im Mobilen Kompetenzzentrum zusammen.

Die Aufgaben umfassen: ###

Unterstützung von Assistenznehmenden in ihrer Arbeitgeberrolle: 

* Begleitung und Befähigung der Assistenznehmenden bei der selbstbestimmten Führung ihres Assistenzbetriebs * Begleitung im Aufbau, Koordination und Management der Assistenzteams (z.B. Einstellung von Assistenzpersonen, Personalführung, Konfliktmanagement) * Unterstützung bei administrativen und koordinatorischen Aufgaben nach Bedarf * Fachleistungen nach Bedarf (inkl. psychosoziale Begleitung) und Qualitätssicherung

Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung im Bereich der Verwaltung:

  • Sozialversicherungen, Arbeitsrecht und weitere rechtliche Fragen
  • Diverse administrative Aufgaben

Anforderungsprofil: ###

* Studium in Sozialer Arbeit, Sozial-/Heilpädagogik oder verwandtem Bereich; vergleichbare Qualifikationen sind willkommen. * 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung (Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit Behinderung von Vorteil) * Kenntnisse im Bereich der Sozialversicherungen und Arbeitsrecht * Strukturiertes Arbeiten, Organisationsfähigkeit und Flexibilität * Freude an einem vielseitigen Arbeitsalltag und daran, unterschiedliche fachliche Perspektiven miteinander zu verbinden * Interesse an der Mitarbeit in einem kleinen Betrieb und Mittragen unserer Vision in den unterschiedlichen Teams * Sehr gute Kommunikation sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich * Freude an konstruktiver Zusammenarbeit und die Fähigkeit, auch schwierige Situationen lösungsorientiert anzusprechen.
