Dann übernimm bei uns eine zentrale Rolle an der Schnittstelle von Kundendienst, Servicekoordination und Reparaturtechnik. In dieser Funktion stellst Du sicher, dass Service\- und Reparaturaufträge effizient abgewickelt, Kundeneinsätze optimal geplant und technische Arbeiten fachgerecht ausgeführt werden. Deine Aufgaben Administrieren von Reparatur\- und Serviceaufträgen Erstellen von Kostenvoranschlägen Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen (telefonisch und schriftlich) Planen und Koordinieren von Service\- und Reparatureinsätzen Bestellen von Ersatzteilen inkl. Wareneingangs\- und Rechnungskontrolle Ausführen von Reparatur\-, Service\- und Wartungsarbeiten Technische Einsätze intern und beim Kunden vor Ort Inbetriebnahmen sowie Auslieferungen Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von QMS\-Prozessen Sicherstellen einer strukturierten operativen Abwicklung im Tagesgeschäft Dein Profil Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Grundausbildung Elektrotechnische Kenntnisse Erfahrung im technischen Kundendienst oder Service von Vorteil Gute administrative Fähigkeiten und Organisationstalent Sicherer Umgang mit Office, ERP von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch\- sowie gute ösischkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Führerausweis Kategorie B Kundenorientiert, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert Selbständig, exakt und strukturiert Belastbar, flexibel und teamfähig Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit an der Schnittstelle von Technik und Organisation, in der du von Beginn an Verantwortung übernimmst und im direkten Austausch mit Kunden stehst.
