Koordinatorin / Koordinator für ärztliche Weiter\- und Fortbildung Die Klinik Arlesheim ist ein Akutspital mit 90 stationären Betten in den Bereichen Onkologie, Innere Medizin und Psychiatrie/Psychosomatik sowie einer onkologischen Tagesklinik mit 24 Betten. Zum ambulanten Grundversorgungsangebot gehören Frauenheilkunde, Dermatologie, Hausarztmedizin, Kardiologie, Gastroenterologie, Neurologie und Pneumologie. Der Notfall ist rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Die medizinische Diagnostik und Therapie basiert auf den modernen Möglichkeiten der universitären Medizin. Als erste anthroposophische Klinik weltweit verfügt die Klinik Arlesheim über eine 100\-jährige Erfahrung mit dem integrativen Konzept der Anthroposophischen Medizin. Im Zuge einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir per 01\. Februar 2027 eine / einen Koordinatorin / Koordinator für ärztliche Weiter\- und Fortbildung 70\-80% Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortungen Sie sind verantwortlich für die Gesamtplanung und Koordination der Assistenzärztinnen/\-ärzte und Unterassistentinnen/\-assistenten mit insgesamt circa 25 Vollzeitstellen Verantwortung für den gesamten Bewerbungs\- und Eintrittsprozess inklusive Korrespondenz, Organisation der Einführungswochen, Einführung und Probezeitgespräche sowie Weiterbildungen Ansprechperson der Ärztinnen und Ärzte während ihrer Anstellung inklusive Fortbildungen, persönlichen Anliegen, Mutationen, Logbuch SIWF sowie Austrittsmanagement und Zeugniserstellung Controlling mit Abgleich zum Personalbudget und Reporting intern und gegenüber dem Kanton Baselland Ihr Profil Personalfachfrau/\-mann oder HR\-Erfahrung von Vorteil Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit jungen Ärztinnen und Ärzten Organisationstalent mit Freude an wechselnden Herausforderungen an diversen Schnittstellen Empathische und klare Kommunikation Wir bieten ein vielfältiges und anspruchsvolles Aufgabengebiet ein gutes Arbeitsklima in einem werteorientierten Spital ein lebhaftes Arbeitsumfeld ein gut zu erreichender Arbeitsort mit ausgezeichneter ÖV\-Anbindung und unser TNW\-Jobticket sowie kostenloser Nutzung von Pick\-e\-Bike Sind Sie interessiert?
