Kreditoren Buchhalter (m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung der Kreditorenbuchhaltung (Erfassung, Verbuchung, Zahlung, Archivierung und Pflege der Stammdaten) im SAP, Verantwortlich für die Kreditorenbuchhaltung des Stammhauses
  • Abstimmung des Warenrechnungskonto in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf
  • Periodische Zahlungsläufe fristgerecht planen und koordinieren
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Monats\- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Wahrnehmung von Stellvertretungen innerhalb des Teams

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
  • Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen ( als Sachbearbeiter Rechnungswesen) von Vorteil
  • Exakte, strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und ausgeprägtes Qualtitätsbewusstsein
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware, SAP Erfahrung FI\-und CO\-Modul
  • Gute MS\-Office Kenntnisse ( Excel und Word)
  • Deutsch (Muttersprache) und Englisch in mündlicher wie in schriftlicher Form
