Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du verantwortest Engineering, Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb unserer On-Prem-Vanilla-Kubernetes-Cluster (Talos) sowie der Linux-Umgebung und stellst Stabilität, Sicherheit und Aktualität sicher
  • Du planst und führst Kubernetes-Upgrades, Releases und Integrationen von Plattformkomponenten durch und stellst deren Qualität mit Tests, Monitoring und SLO-Analysen sicher
  • Du entwickelst systemnahe Automatisierungen, Tools, Controller und Operatoren in Go und treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Plattform voran
  • Du analysierst und behebst komplexe Störungen im Betrieb und Pikett und nutzt dafür Observability-Tools wie Grafana und Splunk
  • Du evaluierst neue Technologien, triffst technische Architekturentscheide und entwickelst den Techstack in Bereichen wie Ingress, Storage und Observability weiter
  • Du arbeitest mit Terraform, GitLab CI/CD und GitOps, berätst interne Stakeholder bei Integrationen und engagierst dich aktiv in Open-Source-Communities und -Projekten

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Grundbildung in Informatik ergänzt durch eine höhere Fachschule
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kubernetes und Linux sowie fundierte Erfahrung mit Terraform und CI/CD-Pipelines
  • Freude an Deep-Dive-Sessions und an der detaillierten Analyse komplexer technischer Probleme mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Lösungen im Team
  • Ganzheitliches Denken und Fähigkeit zur Betrachtung technischer Herausforderungen von Architektur über Engineering und Betrieb bis hin zu Monitoring und Observability
  • Schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Technologien und komplexe technische Themengebiete sowie selbstständige Bearbeitung neuer Fragestellungen
  • Erfahrung oder Interesse am Techstack mit Schwerpunkt auf Cilium, ArgoCD, GitLab, Grafana, Debian/Talos/RHEL und Vault
  • Interesse an Cloud-Technologien und Amazon EKS sowie Motivation zur Erweiterung des Know-hows in diesem Bereich
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
