Kunden und Mitgliederbetreuung Deutschschweiz Der SVGW ist die nationale Fachorganisation der Wasser\-, Gas\- und Wärmeversorgungen der Schweiz und trägt mit seinen Richtlinien, der Berufsbildung, der Ausübung staatsentlastender Überwachungsaufgaben, den Beratungsdienstleistungen sowie der Zertifizierung von Produkten, Unternehmen und Personen zur sicheren und nachhaltigen Versorgung mit Trinkwasser, Gas und Wärme bei. Um den fachlichen Austausch innerhalb der Branche zu stärken und sicherzustellen, dass Mitglieder, Partner und Entscheidungsträger gut informiert, eingebunden und für die Aktivitäten des SVGW begeistert bleiben suchen wir an unserem Hauptsitz in Zürich eine kundenorientierte und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit für die Kunden\- und Mitgliederbetreuung Deutschschweiz Ihre Herausforderung Aktive Pflege und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Netzwerks mit Mitgliedern, Kunden, Fachpartner und weiteren Verbänden Aufbau nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu relevanten Akteuren der Wasser\-, Gas\- und Wärmebranche Repräsentation des SVGW in regionalen Verbänden und Fachorganisationen der Deutschschweiz (z. B. Brunnenmeistervereinigungen, regionale Fachverbände, VIGW und weitere Netzwerke) Positionierung des SVGW als kompetenter Partner für technische, regulatorische und organisatorische Fragestellungen Konzeption, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung von Informationsveranstaltungen für Entscheidungsträger der Versorgungsbranche (z. B. Politiker, Geschäftsleitungen von Versorgungsunternehmen) Entwicklung einer digitalen Community\-Plattform für die Versorgungsbranche Ihre Kompetenz Ausbildung als Ingenieur (ETH oder FH mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung) idealerweise im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Maschinenbau, Umwelttechnik oder vergleichbar Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing und Projektmanagement Verkaufsprofi mit Verständnis für technische Infrastrukturen (Wasser, Gas, Gebäude) Kommunikations\- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen und lösungsorientiert zu handeln Unternehmerisches Denken mit Fokus auf Effizienz und Kundennutzen Ihre Perspektiven In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position können Sie die Zukunft des SVGW mitgestalten.
