  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder branchennahe (Gesundheitsbranche) Ausbildung sowie fundierte Verkaufserfahrung, mit Vorteil in der Versicherungsbranche
  • VBV-Ausbildung vorhanden oder Bereitschaft, diese raschmöglichst zu absolvieren
  • Lokale Verankerung und Wohnort von Vorteil
  • Kommunikative, zuverlässige und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, eine erfolgsorientierte Einstellung sowie ein hohes Mass an Empathie
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und am aktiven Verkauf
  • Starke Beratungskompetenz, welche sich durch eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung auszeichnet
