In dieser Rolle verstärkst du bei Zurich Schweiz den Geschäftsbereich Brokers, Direct & Partnerships im Bereich Direct, Digital & Customer Care, Sales & After Sales Personal Lines D-CH und bist Teil des Teams Direct Sales Personal Lines D-CH. Durch telefonische und digitale Beratungs- und Verkaufslösungen für Nichtleben-Produkte stellst du sicher, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden in jeder Lebenslage den besten Schutz erhalten und Zurich als verlässliche Partnerin erleben.

Das erwartet dich

  • Du berätst und betreust Interessentinnen und Interessenten, Partner sowie bestehende Kundinnen und Kunden schriftlich und telefonisch im Bereich Privatkunden Nichtleben.
  • Du ermittelst den passenden Versicherungsschutz für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden, erstellst Angebote und verfolgst diese nach.
  • Du gibst kompetente Auskünfte bei Kundenanfragen und bearbeitest die schriftliche Kundenkorrespondenz qualitativ hochwertig.

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Versicherungsbranche (VBV-Zertifizierung von Vorteil) oder Berufserfahrung in einer kaufmännischen und kundenorientierten Tätigkeit.
  • Kontaktfreudige, service- und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude am telefonischen und schriftlichen Dialog mit Kundinnen, Kunden und Partnern.
  • Teamfähige und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hoher Verkaufs- und Beratungskompetenz.
  • Freude an der Weiterentwicklung und fachlichen Unterstützung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen.
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse jede weitere Landessprache von Vorteil
