Wir realisieren Solar\-, Wärmepumpen\- und E\-Mobilitätsprojekte für Privat\- und Geschäftskunden in der ganzen Deutschschweiz. Mit fünf Standorten stehen wir für hochwertige Arbeit, moderne Energielösungen und ein starkes Miteinander.

Für unseren Standort in Wyssachen BE suche wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Kundenberater/in Energielösungen 80 – 100 %.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung von Privat\- und Geschäftskunden zu Photovoltaik\-, Wärmepumpen\- und weiteren Energielösungen sowie Batteriespeichern und E\-Mobilität.
  • Akquise neuer Kunden, Aufbau und Pflege eines nachhaltigen Kunden\- und Empfehlungsnetzwerks sowie Erschliessung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
  • Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen und Bedarfsanalysen, Erstellung von Offerten sowie Präsentation massgeschneiderter Lösungskonzepte mit konsequenter Nachverfolgung bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen zur erfolgreichen Projektumsetzung und Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Beobachtung von Markt\- und Technologietrends sowie Einbringen von Kunden\- und Marktfeedback zur Weiterentwicklung des Angebots und der Verkaufsansätze.
  • Mitarbeit in standortübergreifenden Verkaufsaktivitäten und internen Projekten.

Das bringst du mit

  • Technische oder handwerkliche Grundausbildung (Gebäudetechnik) mit einer Weiterbildung auf Stufe FA/HF oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Energie\-, Solar\-, Heizungs\- oder Baubranche von Vorteil.
  • Technisches Verständnis für Energielösungen und Gebäudetechnik.
  • Ausgeprägte Verkaufs\- und Abschlussstärke sowie eine selbstständige, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung, überzeugendes Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP/CRM\-Systemen sowie den gängigen MS\-Office\-Anwendungen.
