Einleitung

Die Baustoffe AG bietet 240 Mitarbeitern einen interessanten, sicheren und anspruchsvollen Arbeitsplatz. Sie ist das unabhängige Vollsortiments\-Baustoffhandelsunternehmen des Wirtschaftsraumes Zürich. Persönliche und fachliche Nähe zu den Profis der Baubranche runden unsere hohen Ansprüche an uns selber ab. Unsere Kunden bevorzugen unsere Kontinuität und Fachkompetenz für folgende Baustoff\-Arbeitsgebiete: Hoch\- und Tiefbau; Gartenbau; Strassenbau; Dach\-/Fassadenbau; Gips\-/Trockenbau; Kundenmaurer; Sanitär; Bodenbeläge und Baumaschinen inkl. deren Vermietung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n engagierte/n und kundenorientierte/n Kundenberater/in Handwerkershop 100%.

Aufgaben

  • Du berätst unsere anspruchsvollen Kunden aus dem Baugewerbe vorwiegend im Innenausbau (Sanitärbereich) direkt am Schalter oder am Telefon
  • Du begleitest und überwachst den Verkaufsprozess von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Auslieferung
  • Du überwachst und kontrollierst Termine
  • Du bearbeitest Kundenreklamationen und erledigst allgemeine administrative Arbeiten

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe (Sanitär)
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im administrativen Bereich mit
  • Erfahrungen im Kundendienst in ähnlicher Umgebung von Vorteil
  • Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden und strahlst das auch aus
  • Dein Verkaufstalent bringst du aktiv einIn hektischen Momenten bleibst du cool und verlierst den Überblick nicht
