Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Kundenberater/in im Aussendienst, der/die unsere Kunden mit Leidenschaft betreut und berät.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung, Beratung und Unterstützung unserer bestehenden Kunden im Aussendienst
  • Akquisition von Neukunden und Ausbau unseres Kundenstamms
  • Präsentation und Verkauf unserer hochwertigen Bauprodukte
  • Erarbeitung von individuellen Lösungen für unsere Kunden
  • Aufgreifen von Kundenbedürfnissen und Aufzeigen von technisch innovativen und wirtschaftlichen Lösungen
  • Marktbeobachtung und Identifikation von neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Veranstaltungen zur Kundenbindung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bauwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Verkaufs\-Neueinsteiger sind willkommen)
  • Erfahrung im Aussendienst, idealerweise in der Bau\- oder Baunebenbranche
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
  • Begeisterungsfähiger und durchsetzungsstarker Verkaufsprofi
  • Verhandlungssicher
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
