  • Du arbeitest im Verkaufsinnendienst in unserer Agentur Kloten
  • Du bist am Telefon und am Empfang die erste und kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Du führst telefonische und persönliche Beratungen durch und erkennst gezielt Beratungs- und Abschlusschancen im Bestand
  • Du erstellst massgeschneiderte Angebote, passt Versicherungsdeckungen bedarfsgerecht an und mutierst Kundendaten
  • Du stärkst und erweiterst aktiv bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, identifizierst Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale und überzeugst mit deiner offenen Art neue Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Du beantwortest eingehende schriftliche Kundenanfragen selbständig, effizient und qualitätsbewusst gemäss den Vorgaben von Visana

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt oder Verkauf
  • Du hast Freude daran, Kundinnen und Kunden ganzheitlich, lösungsorientiert und verbindlich zu beraten
  • Idealerweise hast du eine VBV-Zertifizierung
  • Du kommunizierst klar, freundlich und überzeugend - auch in anspruchsvollen Gesprächssituationen
  • Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut; jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und ergebnisorientiert und bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Programmen
