Erfahrung im Verkauf oder in der Kundenberatung ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung. Du bist mindestens 25 Jahre alt und bereit, Verantwortung für deinen Erfolg zu übernehmen. Du arbeitest selbständig, zielorientiert und gehst gerne auf Menschen zu. Du hast Freude daran, Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und langfristig zu pflegen. Deine Aufgaben Gewinnung und Beratung von Neukundinnen und Neukunden im Bereich Krankenversicherung. Aufbau und Pflege eines eigenen Netzwerks in deinem Verkaufsgebiet. Führen persönlicher Beratungsgespräche und Erarbeiten individueller Versicherungslösungen. Nachhaltige Betreuung deiner Kundschaft und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen.
