Das kannst du bewirken

  • Sei Teil des engagierten Teams Pfannenstiel und bringe dein Flair im Umgang mit Menschen am Schalter und auf der Verkaufsfläche mit ein.
  • Du verkaufst alle postalischen und nicht postalischen Markenartikel. Dazu gehören beispielsweise regionale Produkte oder unterschiedliche Angebote aus dem Bereich Telekommunikation.
  • Du berätst unsere Kundschaft ebenfalls aktiv in Bezug auf Dienstleistungen verschiedener anderer Branchen wie zum Beispiel Krankenkassen, Versicherungen und Banken.
  • Im Team hast du die Möglichkeit, in diversen Rollen Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Falls du noch nie in einer Post Filiale gearbeitet hast, machen wir dich fit! In unserem 4-monatigen on-the-Job Training wirst du optimal auf deine neue Rolle als Kundenberater:in vorbereitet. Während dieser Zeit arbeitest du mit einem Pensum von 80%, nach erfolgreichem Abschluss in dem von dir gewünschten Pensum. Das bringst du mit

  • Dein natürliches Verkaufsflair und deine offene, kontaktfreudige Art ermöglichen es dir, den aktiven Austausch mit unserer Kundschaft zu suchen.
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung im Detailhandel oder Verkauf.
  • Als offene und selbstständige Persönlichkeit findest du dich leicht in unterschiedlichen Situationen zurecht.
  • Du bist digital fit und hast keine Mühe beim Anwenden der gängigen MS-Office-Programme.
  • Für eine kompetente Beratung benötigst du gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
