Conseiller·ère clientèle Service Client (CDD de 12 mois) #

Lieu de travail : Région de Zurich ou Suisse entière en télétravail (Remote Work), temps partiel dès 80% possible En raison de la formation obligatoire durant les deux premiers mois, 100% est requis.

  TES MISSIONS

  • Tu es le premier point de contact pour nos clients avec ton équipe.
  • Tu réponds professionnellement et avec plaisir aux demandes téléphoniques des clients concernant les factures, paiements, frais et solutions de paiement mobile telles qu-Apple Pay, Samsung Pay.
  • Tu identifies activement les besoins des clients et proposes des services complémentaires à valeur ajoutée (up- et cross-selling).
  • Tes horaires de travail sont planifiés de manière flexible du lundi au dimanche de 07h00 à 23h00, avec possibilité de travailler depuis chez toi.

 

TON PROFIL

  • Tu as de l-expérience dans le service client / centre de contact et te sens à l-aise dans un environnement dynamique et orienté service.
  • Tu communiques avec assurance et professionnalisme en allemand et français.
  • Tu fais preuve d-empathie envers nos clients, identifies leurs besoins et trouves des solutions adaptées même dans des situations exigeantes.
  • Tu gardes une vue d-ensemble même avec plusieurs demandes simultanées et travailles en toute sécurité dans un environnement techniquement exigeant. Pour utiliser nos systèmes, des connaissances de base en anglais sont nécessaires.
  • Tu apprécies les horaires flexibles et es prêt·e à travailler en équipes entre 07h00 et 23h00.
