Arbeitsort: Region Zürich oder schweizweit im Homeoffice (Remote Work), Teilzeit ab 80% möglich Aufgrund Einarbeitung in den ersten zwei Monaten zwingend 100%.

 

Du liebst es, Kundinnen und Kunden mit exzellentem Service zu begeistern und ihre Anliegen professionell, lösungsorientiert und mit Herzblut zu bearbeiten? Dann bist du bei Swisscard genau richtig! 

  DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden zusammen mit deinem Team.
  • Du beantwortest professionell und mit Freude telefonische Kundenanfragen zu Rechnungen, Zahlungen, Gebühren und mobilen Zahlungslösungen wie z.B. Apple Pay, Samsung Pay.
  • Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse aktiv und zeigst passende Zusatzleistungen mit Mehrwert auf (Up- und Cross-Selling)
  • Deine Arbeitseinsätze werden flexibel zwischen Montag bis Sonntag von 07:00 bis 23:00 Uhr geplant, wobei du von zuhause arbeiten kannst

 

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Kundenservice / Contact Center mit und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen, dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld wohl.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell in Deutsch und Französisch.
  • Du gehst empathisch auf unsere Kundinnen und Kunden ein, erkennst ihre Bedürfnisse und findest auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen passende Lösungen.
  • Du behältst auch bei mehreren gleichzeitigen Anfragen den Überblick und arbeitest sicher in einer technisch anspruchsvollen Umgebung. Für die Bedienung unserer Systeme benötigst du mindestens englische Grundkenntnisse.
  • Du schätzt flexible Arbeitszeiten und bist bereit, im Schichtbetrieb zwischen 07.00 und 23.00 Uhr zu arbeiten.
