  • Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Kundschaft bei technischen und praktischen Fragen rund um Energiegemeinschaften wie Zusammenschlüsse zum Eigenverbrauch (ZEV) und Lokale Elektrizitätsgemeinschaften (LEG).
  • Dank deines elektrotechnischen Hintergrunds verstehst du deren Anliegen und kannst technische Sachverhalte praxisnah einordnen und verständlich vermitteln.
  • Bei schwierigen Geschäftsfällen unterstützt du die Kundenberater:innen aus dem Customer Center und koordinierst Anliegen innerhalb der BKW sowie deren Tochtergesellschaften.
  • Du pflegst die Kundenbeziehungen gemäss unseren Richtlinien und stellst mit Qualitätskontrollen hochwertige Servicedienstleistungen sowie die fachliche Prozessqualität sicher.
  • Du bringst deine Praxiserfahrung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse, Customer Journeys und IT-Systeme ein und hilfst mit, Abläufe zu verbessern.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Elektroinstallateur, Montage-Elektriker oder eine vergleichbare elektrotechnische Ausbildung und verfügst über praktische Erfahrung in der Elektrobranche.
  • Du möchtest dich beruflich weiterentwickeln und dein technisches Wissen künftig in einer beratenden Funktion im Büro einsetzen.
  • Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen, kommunizierst verständlich und unterstützt Kund:innen gerne bei technischen Fragestellungen.
  • Neues weckt deine Neugier: Du hast Freude daran, dein Wissen auszubauen, Veränderungen mitzugehen und dich in neue Prozesse und Systeme einzuarbeiten.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert und schätzt gleichzeitig den Austausch in einem offenen Team.

Mit dieser Funktion bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit, deine Erfahrung aus der Elektrobranche in eine neue berufliche Richtung weiterzuentwickeln. Statt auf der Baustelle setzt du dein technisches Know-how künftig in der Beratung ein und beschäftigst dich mit Themen, die für die zukünftige Energieversorgung zunehmend an Bedeutung gewinnen.

Die Stelle eignet sich damit besonders für Elektrofachpersonen, die weiterhin nahe an der Technik bleiben, sich aber weg von der Baustelle und hin zu einer beratenden Tätigkeit entwickeln möchten.
