Votre domaine d'action

  • Vous conseillez et soutenez notre clientèle sur des questions techniques et pratiques concernant les communautés énergétiques telles que les regroupements pour l'autoconsommation (ZEV) et les communautés locales d'électricité (LEG).
  • Grâce à votre formation en électrotechnique, vous comprenez leurs préoccupations et pouvez classer les questions techniques de manière pratique et les expliquer clairement.
  • En cas de situations commerciales complexes, vous soutenez les conseillers clientèle du Customer Center et coordonnez les demandes au sein de BKW ainsi que de ses filiales.
  • Vous entretenez les relations clients conformément à nos directives et assurez, par des contrôles qualité, des services de haute qualité ainsi que la qualité des processus professionnels.
  • Vous apportez votre expérience pratique dans le développement de nos processus, parcours clients et systèmes informatiques et contribuez à améliorer les procédures.

Ce que vous apportez

  • Vous avez un apprentissage achevé en tant qu-électricien installateur, électricien de montage ou une formation électrotechnique comparable et disposez d-une expérience pratique dans le secteur électrique.
  • Vous souhaitez évoluer professionnellement et utiliser vos connaissances techniques à l-avenir dans une fonction de conseil au bureau.
  • Vous aimez le contact avec les gens, communiquez clairement et soutenez volontiers les client(e)s dans des questions techniques.
  • La nouveauté éveille votre curiosité : vous aimez approfondir vos connaissances, accompagner les changements et vous familiariser avec de nouveaux processus et systèmes.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome, fiable et orientée solutions tout en appréciant les échanges au sein d-une équipe ouverte.

Avec cette fonction, nous vous offrons la possibilité de développer votre expérience dans le secteur électrique vers une nouvelle orientation professionnelle. Au lieu d-être sur le chantier, vous utiliserez à l-avenir votre savoir-faire technique dans le conseil et vous occuperez de sujets qui prennent de plus en plus d-importance pour l-approvisionnement énergétique futur.

Le poste convient particulièrement aux spécialistes en électricité qui souhaitent rester proches de la technique, mais évoluer du chantier vers une activité de conseil.
