Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du betreust eigene Kund:innen und bist ihre erste Ansprechperson, vom Briefing bis zur Auswertung.
  • Du steuerst Projekte: Termine, Budgets, Offerten und die Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern, Druckereien, Lettershops, Freelancern und weiteren Partner:innen.
  • Du entwickelst zusammen mit unserer Kreation Kampagnen, Mailings und Auftritte.
  • Du erarbeitest Strategien, Konzepte, Präsentationen und präsentierst sie bei Kund:innen.
  • Du hilfst mit, Rebel weiterzuentwickeln, bei Abläufen, Angeboten und beim Neugeschäft.

Du bringst mit:

  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Beratung oder Projektleitung - in einer Agentur, NGO oder einer Kommunikationsabteilung
  • Erfahrung im Direktmarketing oder Fundraising
  • Strategisches, ganzheitliches und crossmediales Denken
  • Fitness in der analogen sowie digitalen Welt und einen souveränen Umgang mit KI
  • Projektmanagement-Knowhow, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Kostenbewusstsein
  • Hohe Beratungskompetenz und ein Gespür für Menschen und Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Offene, kollegiale Persönlichkeit und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Bereitschaft, die Prozesse und Entwicklung unserer Agentur aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Interesse an gesellschaftsrelevanten Themen und nachhaltiger Entwicklung
