Aufgaben

Im Rahmen Ihrer Aufgaben übernehmen Sie die telefonische Kundenbetreuung, führen eingehende Telefongespräche im administrativen Bereich durch und bearbeiten unter anderem Rechnungsanfragen. Durch Ihre schnelle und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Service-Anliegen tragen Sie aktiv zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit bei. Mit Ihrer effizienten Gesprächsführung leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Unterstützung der Projektziele. Darüber hinaus erkennen Sie Verkaufsmöglichkeiten, optimieren Kundenportfolios und identifizieren Chancen für Sales, Up- und Cross-Selling.

Anforderungen

Für diese Position erwartet unser Kunde von Ihnen eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, mit Kommunikationsstärke Kunden für Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu begeistern. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich, weitere Landessprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Sie bringen außerdem ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit und arbeiten selbstständig, gewissenhaft und zuverlässig. Flexibilität ist ebenfalls gefragt: Sie sind bereit, von Montag bis Samstag zwischen 08:00 und 20:00 Uhr in Früh- oder Spätschichten Ihre Einsätze zu leisten. Nach der bezahlten Einschulung (7 Wochen), welche mit einem Pensum von 100% absolviert werden muss, besteht die Möglichkeit das Pensum auf 80% zu reduzieren.
