Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische Beratung von Versicherten und Interessenten auf Deutsch (Inbound)
  • Erteilung von Auskünften bei diversen Fragestellungen aller Ansprechpersonen per Telefon, Chat & E-Mail
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Stetige Überwachung der offenen Pendenzen
  • Allfällige administrative sowie koordinatorische Tätigkeiten

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung und im direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung/Erfahrung im Kundenservice von Vorteil
  • Quereinsteigerinnen und Quereinsteiger sind willkommen, sofern Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung vorhanden ist
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort & Schrift weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Abgeschlossene VBV-Weiterbildung im Versicherungswesen von Vorteil 
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit 
  • Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt
