Aufgaben Als Kundenberater:in bist du der zentrale Kontakt für unsere Kunden. Du berätst sie über alle Disziplinen unserer Agentur und entwickelst ganzheitlich, wirkungsvolle Kampagnenkonzepte und Strategien. Dabei steuerst du die Kundenprojekte und arbeitest eng mit unserem Ad-Ops-Team sowie den zuständigen Campaign Managern zusammen. Dein Interesse für neue Technologien und KI bringst du aktiv ein und nutzt neue Möglichkeiten, um unsere Kampagnenarbeit sinnvoll weiterzuentwickeln.

Diese Position passt zu dir, wenn du gerne Verantwortung für deine eigenen Kunden übernimmst und sie langfristig begleiten möchtest.

So sehen deine Aufgaben bei uns aus:

  • Du betreust deine Kunden ganzheitlich über alle Disziplinen unserer Agentur.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Kunden entwickelst du die Strategie und den Media-Mix weiter.
  • Du planst regelmässige Kundenmeetings und Reviews und führst sie durch.
  • Für die Umsetzung briefst du unsere Specialists im Ad-Ops-Team.
  • Budget, Ertrag und Projektfortschritt hast du jederzeit im Blick.
  • Du bringst neue technische Möglichkeiten aktiv in die Kundenberatung ein.

Folgendes zeichnet dich aus:

  • Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Beratung von Performance-Marketing-Kunden mit.
  • Du arbeitest stark kundenorientiert, sorgfältig und behältst auch in komplexen Projekten den Überblick.
  • Analytisches Denken und ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du denkst strategisch und unternehmerisch.
  • Neue Tools und Trends im Marketing interessieren dich.
  • Du kommunizierst und verhandelst sicher und überzeugend.

  • Du verantwortest anspruchsvolle Projekte für Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen.
