Unser 9-köpfiges Team verantwortet die individuelle Beratung und Betreuung von Vermögenden Privatkunden in der Region Dielsdorf. Wir bilden eine starke Filiale im Marktgebiet Winterthur-Unterland-Limmattal.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuen und Entwickeln von bestehenden vermögenden Privatkundinnen und Privatkunden
  • Akquirieren von Neukundschaft im Einzugsgebiet
  • Ergründen der Kundenbedürfnisse unter Einbezug der individuellen Wünsche, Ziele sowie Lebenssituationen - bei Bedarf in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten
  • Verkaufen von standardisierten Produkten und Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Anlagen, Immobilien-Finanzierungen, Vorsorge und Geldverkehr
  • Erledigen aller frontbezogenen Administrationsaufgaben
  • Verwirklichen eines langfristigen Vertrauensaufbaus sowie den Vermögenserhalt anlässlich des Generationenwechsels
  • Wahrnehmen von anspruchsvollen Repräsentationsaufgaben im Sinne von "die nahe Bank" und Teilnahme an Kundenanlässen
  • Möglichkeit zur Übernahme von Ausbildungstätigkeiten oder einer Spezialistenfunktion in den Bereichen Finanzieren, Anlegen oder Vorsorgen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Bankfachausbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung z.B. HFBF / FA Finanzplaner:in / Bachelor in Banking & Finance
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der persönlichen Betreuung von vermögender Privatkundschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft die Extrameile zu gehen, um ambitionierte Team-Wachstumsziele zu erreichen
  • Affinität und Freude beim Einsatz digitaler Technologien im Beratungsprozess
  • Du punktest mit deiner vertrauensvollen, kommunikativen und empathischen Art
  • Deine akquisitionsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einem ausgeprägtem Verkaufsflair rundet dein Profil ab
