Unser 6-köpfiges Team verantwortet die individuelle Beratung und Betreuung von vermögenden Privatkundinnen und Privatkunden in Wetzikon. Gemeinsam mit den Filialen Pfäffikon ZH und Bauma bilden wir eine Filialgruppe im Marktgebiet Oberland-Pfannenstiel. Die Kompetenz und das Engagement unserer Mitarbeitenden tragen wesentlich zu unserer Erfolgsbilanz bei. Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuen und Entwickeln von bestehenden Privatkundinnen und Privatkunden
  • Ergründen der Kundenbedürfnisse unter Einbezug der individuellen Wünsche, Ziele sowie Lebenssituationen - bei Bedarf in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten
  • Verwirklichen eines langfristigen Vertrauensaufbaus sowie den Vermögenserhalt anlässlich des Generationenwechsels
  • Beratung von standardisierten Produkten und Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Geldverkehr, Anlagen, Vorsorge und Immobilien-Finanzierungen
  • Wahrnehmen von anspruchsvollen Repräsentationsaufgaben und Teilnehmen an Kundenanlässen
  • Möglichkeit zur Übernahme von Ausbildungstätigkeiten oder einer Spezialistinnen- respektive einer Spezialisten-Funktion in den Bereichen Finanzieren, Anlegen oder Vorsorgen
  • Teilnehmen und Mitarbeiten an internen Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Bankfachausbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie eine abgeschlossene oder laufende Weiterbildung (z.B. FA Finanzplaner:in, Bachelor in Banking & Finance, HF Betriebswirtschaft etc.)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung von vermögender Privatkundschaft mit guten Kenntnissen im Finanzierungsgeschäft
  • Affinität und Freude beim Einsatz digitaler Technologien im Beratungsprozess
  • Du bringst echten Teamgeist mit, packst engagiert an und arbeitest aus eigenem Antrieb mit hoher Motivation an unseren Zielen.
  • Deine empathische, authentische und emotionale Art führt zu einem emotionalen Kundenerlebnis in allen Lebenslagen.
