  • Zum Herzstück: Du überzeugst Menschen von der CSS und machst sie zu Kundinnen und Kunden.
  • Diese berätst du persönlich, am Telefon, per E-Mail oder auch mal per Video-Call - in sehr gutem Deutsch, gerne in Italienisch oder weiteren Sprachen.
  • Unser Kundenportfolio wächst dank dir durch Cross- und Upselling.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen und ihr unterstützt euch gegenseitig beim Erreichen der gemeinsamen Ziele.
  • Ab und zu schaust du über den Tellerrand und übernimmst Zusatzaufgaben oder Projektarbeiten.

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Das Wichtigste zuerst: Man merkt dir an, dass du gerne unter Menschen bist - du gehst offen auf sie zu und deine positive Art ist ansteckend.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, im Detailhandel oder in einem anderen spannenden Beruf - im Idealfall mit Kundenkontakt.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Krankenversicherungsbranche und hast idealerweise bereits das VBV-Zertifikat erworben.
  • Du kannst gut auf dein Gegenüber eingehen, hörst zu und liebst es, andere im Gespräch mit starken Argumenten zu überzeugen.
  • Die Digitalisierung ist für dich kein Fremdwort - du kannst gut mit dem Computer umgehen.
  • Du hast ein grosses Beziehungsnetz und wohnst vorzugsweise in der Region.
