Vous aimez communiquer avec les gens, repérer les opportunités et convaincre par votre authenticité ? Alors vous êtes au bon endroit. Dans ce rôle passionnant, vous êtes la première personne de contact pour nos clients détenteurs de cartes de crédit en matière de fidélisation, de conseil et de solutions personnalisées. Grâce à votre talent de négociateur, votre empathie et vos compétences commerciales, vous contribuez activement à renforcer durablement les relations clients et à offrir une véritable valeur ajoutée à nos clients.

VOS MISSIONS

  • Vous conseillez de manière compétente et orientée besoins les clients détenteurs de cartes de crédit existants.
  • Vous renforcez la fidélisation par des entretiens de rétention convaincants et des solutions personnalisées.
  • Vous identifiez les besoins des clients et proposez des produits complémentaires ainsi que des services adaptés.
  • Vous réalisez des campagnes marketing, d-activation, d-accueil et de vente croisée.
  • Vous prenez en charge la documentation ainsi que les tâches administratives et garantissez une qualité de service élevée.
  • Vos horaires de travail sont du lundi au vendredi entre 08h00 et 18h00.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous avez une formation professionnelle achevée ainsi qu-une expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années, idéalement dans le service client, la rétention, la télévente ou le secteur des services financiers.
  • Vous parlez couramment l-allemand ainsi que le français et l-anglais à un niveau élevé. La connaissance de l-italien est un atout.
  • Vous aimez la vente et possédez d-excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
  • Vous faites preuve d-une grande initiative, travaillez de manière autonome et êtes résistant(e) au stress.
  • Vous adoptez une méthode de travail qualitative, structurée et fiable.
  • L-orientation client et l-esprit d-équipe sont importants pour vous.
