In dieser spannenden Rolle bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kreditkartenkundinnen und -kunden, wenn es um Kundenbindung, Beratung und individuelle Lösungen geht. Mit deinem Verhandlungsgeschick, deiner Empathie und deinem Verkaufstalent trägst du aktiv dazu bei, Kundenbeziehungen langfristig zu stärken und unseren Kundinnen und Kunden einen echten Mehrwert zu bieten.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du berätst bestehende Kreditkartenkundinnen und -kunden kompetent und bedürfnisorientiert.
  • Du stärkst die Kundenbindung durch überzeugende Retention-Gespräche und individuelle Lösungen.
  • Du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse und vermittelst passende Zusatzprodukte sowie Dienstleistungen.
  • Du führst Marketing-, Aktivierungs-, Welcome- und Cross-Selling-Kampagnen durch.
  • Du übernimmst die Dokumentation sowie administrative Aufgaben und stellst eine hohe Servicequalität sicher.
  • Deine Arbeitszeiten sind von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 08:00 und 18:00 Uhr.

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Customer Service, Retention, Telesales oder im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld.
  • Du sprichst stilsicher Deutsch sowie Französisch und Englisch auf einem hohen Niveau. Italienischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
  • Du hast Freude am Verkauf sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
  • Du zeigst hohe Eigeninitiative, arbeitest selbstständig und bist belastbar.
  • Du legst eine qualitätsbewusste sowie strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise an den Tag.
  • Dir sind Kundenorientierung und Teamgeist wichtig.
