Deine Verantwortung • Du nimmst Kundenanliegen, Bestellungen und Reklamationen per Telefon an und überzeugst durch deine Kompetenz • Du bearbeitest Schriftliche Kunden-Anfragen und E-mail fehlerfrei • Du betreust attraktive Kundenmandate und baust deine Expertise im Kundendienst stetig aus • Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Samstag von 07:30 bis 20:00 Uhr

Dein Profil • Schweizerdeutsch/Deutsch ist deine Muttersprache • Französisch oder Italienisch in Wort und Schrift min. Level B2/C1 ist Pflicht • Du hast Freude im Umgang mit Kunden und arbeitest gerne in einem lebhaften Team • Gute PC-Kenntnisse sind Bedingung • Für die Anstellung sind ein einwandfreier Straf- und Betreibungsregisterauszug erforderlich Ansprechpartner Haben wir dein Interesse geweckt?
