Deine Aufgaben

  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen
  • Kundenorientierte Beratung zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Bearbeitung von administrativen Anliegen und Rechnungsanfragen
  • Erkennen von Verkaufschancen sowie aktives Up- und Cross-Selling
  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Störungen im 1st-Level-Support
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation und Protokollierung der Kundengespräche

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Verkauf oder technischen Support von Vorteil
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gutes Verständnis von Schweizerdeutsch (zwingend)
  • Gute PC- und fortgeschrittene EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Telekommunikation
  • Verkaufs- und Beratungsaffinität
  • Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kundensituationen
  • Zuverlässige, flexible und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe und hohe Lernbereitschaft
