Das erwartet dich

Mit deinem Organisationstalent, deiner Dienstleistungsorientierung und deinem Engagement trägst du wesentlich zu einem positiven Kundenerlebnis und einem reibungslosen Hörcenteralltag bei.

* Du betreust unsere Kund\*innen telefonisch und persönlich, vereinbarst Termine und sorgst für eine erstklassige Kundenbetreuung.

* Du koordinierst den Terminkalender und erledigst administrative Aufgaben sowie die Kassenführung selbstständig.

* Du führst Servicearbeiten an Hörgeräten durch und berätst zu Zubehör und Zusatzprodukten.

* Du unterstützt unsere Hörakustiker\*innen bei Hörtests, Ohrabformungen, Hörgerätekontrollen und Jahresservices.

* Du kümmerst dich um die Lagerbewirtschaftung inklusive Bestellungen, Warenannahme und Kontrolle.

Das bringst du mit

Du bist kommunikativ, serviceorientiert und hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen:

* Freude am Verkauf und an der persönlichen Beratung \- idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Retail oder Detailhandel.

* Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung sowie ein hohes Mass an Empathie.

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.

* Interesse an technischen und elektronischen Produkten sowie eine gute IT\-Affinität.

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und die Motivation, dich laufend weiterzuentwickeln.

* Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
