Als ungebundene Versicherungsbrokerin beraten und begleiten wir kleine und mittlere Unternehmen rund um die Themen der Beruflichen Vorsorge (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbständige und ganzheitliche Beratung und fachliche Begleitung von Unternehmer:innen und Unternehmen rund um die Themen der Beruflichen Vorsorge (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ) 
  • Erarbeitung von massgeschneiderten Lösungen entlang der Bedürfnisse der Kunden im Bereich der Beruflichen Vorsorge und Personenversicherungen 
  • Erkennen und Ausschöpfen von Kundenpotential, bereichsübergreifende Vertiefung und Erweiterung der Kundenbeziehung 
  • Aufbau, Pflege und aktive Weiterentwicklung eines umfassenden Beziehungsnetzwerkes, intern und extern 
  • Auftritte als Referent:in bei bankinternen Veranstaltungen 
  • Positionierung und Vertretung der Bank bei externen Anlässen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung (Bank oder Versicherung) 
  • Abschluss einer Weiterbildung, idealerweise im Vorsorgebereich (Fachhochschule, höhere Berufsausbildung, eidg. FA o.ä.) 
  • Absolvierte Vermittlerprüfung (VBV) oder dipl. Finanzplaner/in mit eidg. Fachausweis 
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Vorsorge- (BVG) -und Personenversicherungsbereich (KTG/UVG) sowie fundierte Marktkenntnisse im Sammelstiftungsbereich sind von Vorteil 
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise 
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und hohe Kompetenzen im Verhandeln und Präsentieren 
  • Flexible und teamfähige Persönlichkeit 
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse
