In dieser vielseitigen Frontoffice-Funktion bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden. Mit deiner professionellen, zuverlässigen und lösungsorientierten Art sorgst du für eine kompetente Bearbeitung der Anfragen. Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir, befristet bis Frühling 2028, eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die gemeinsam mit verschiedenen Teams zu reibungslosen Abläufen und hoher Kundenzufriedenheit beiträgt.

Das kannst du bewirken ##

  • Du berätst unsere Kunden professionell und zuverlässig via Telefon, Live-Chat und E-Mail - auf Deutsch und Französisch.
  • Du bearbeitest Bestellungen, Abrechnungen und Retouren Anmeldungen effizient und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung.
  • Du gehst Out-of-Stock-Situationen und Kundenreklamationen lösungsorientiert an und findest passende Alternativen.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei Produktanfragen und hilfst bei der Nutzung unserer App.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Kundendienstes ein und arbeitest interdisziplinär mit Teams wie Logistik, Backoffice und Einkauf zusammen. 

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung - idealerweise im Gesundheitsbereich. 
  • Oder: Du hast eine medizinische Grundausbildung (z.-B. als MPA, Pflegefachperson HF oder FaGe) und möchtest dich beruflich vom Patientenbett wegentwickeln.
  • Du bist IT-affin und hast ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis. Der Umgang mit Laptop, MS Office, Google Workspace und digitalen Tools ist dir vertraut. 
  • Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest dich rasch in neue Aufgabe ein. Du denkst vernetzt und erkennst bereichsübergreifende Zusammenhänge - so bringst du effiziente Lösungsvorschläge ein.
  • Du kommunizierst gerne und professionell - insbesondere am Telefon. Kundenorientierung ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und fliessende Französischkenntnisse, Italienisch ist ein willkommenes Plus.
