Was du bewirkst ##

Eingebettet in den Helvetia-Konzern bündelt unser 30-köpfiges Team die physische und digitale Kundenberatung der Baloise Bank. Wir stellen sicher, dass unsere Kundschaft an den Standorten Solothurn, Olten, Grenchen und Dornach sowie über sämtliche Direktkanäle wie E-Mail oder Messenger erstklassig betreut wird. Für dieses dynamische Setup suchen wir Persönlichkeiten, die den direkten Kontakt schätzen und sich flexibel zwischen Beratungsdesk, Telefon und digitalen Kanälen bewegen.  

  • Du agierst als erste Ansprechperson und gewährleistest ein herausragendes Kundenerlebnis - primär am Beratungsdesk in Solothurn.
  • Du berätst kompetent im Basic Banking, stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team die reibungslose Abwicklung des Schaltergeschäfts sicher und vermittelst bei Bedarf an unsere Fachbereiche.
  • Du unterstützt nahtlos in den Bereichen Inbound, Outbound sowie vor Ort in unseren weiteren Kundenzonen (Olten, Grenchen, Dornach).
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei Service-, Vertriebs- und Kundenbindungskampagnen mit und generierst Leads.
  • Du bringst dich proaktiv ein und hilfst mit, unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu optimieren.

 

Was du mitbringst ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung im Banken- oder Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld.
  • Fundierte Praxis in der Kundenbetreuung (Kundenzone, Inbound oder Contact Center).
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch. Kenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Italienisch von Vorteil.
  • Souveräner Umgang mit digitalen Kommunikationskanälen; Avaloq-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.
  • Flexibilität für Einsätze an unseren dezentralen Standorten.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Empathie und Eigeninitiative.
