  • Beratung & Betreuung mit Weitblick: Du begleitest Privat- und Firmenkunden in allen Versicherungsfragen mit echtem Engagement und sicherst massgeschneiderte Lösungen für jedes individuelle Bedürfnis. Als Kundenberater:in bist du da, wenn es darauf ankommt.
  • Langfristige Beziehungen aufbauen: Vertrauen steht im Zentrum deiner Arbeit - du pflegst und entwickelst nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen, die auf deinem exzellenten Service beruhen.
  • Wachstum aktiv gestalten: Du hast ein gutes Netzwerk und bringst deine Energie in die Akquise neuer Kundinnen und Kunden ein. Dein Engagement sorgt dafür, dass unser Kundenstamm beständig wächst. Wie können wir dich hierbei unterstützen? Indem du einen eigenen Kundenstamm mit Privat- und Firmenkunden erhältst.
  • Marketing- & Vertriebsunterstützung: Mit frischen Ideen unterstützt du unsere Marketingaktionen, besuchst Messen und Veranstaltungen, um unser Netzwerk zu stärken.
  • Immer am Puls der Zeit: Durch unsere Grundausbildung und kontinuierliche Weiterbildungen bleibst du fachlich auf dem neuesten Stand und bietest höchste Beratungskompetenz.

Was du mitbringst ##

  • Erfahrung & Expertise: Du bringst Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung oder im Verkauf mit - optimalerweise in der Finanz- oder Versicherungsbranche. Auch ambitionierte Quereinsteiger:innen, die bereit sind schnell durchzustarten sind herzlich willkommen.
  • Kommunikationstalent: Menschen begeistern und gewinnen - das liegt dir im Blut. Du glänzt durch Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke. Du kannst als Kundenberater:in überzeugend argumentieren und verfügst über stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse.
  • Dienstleistung ist deine Stärke: Der Aussendienst ist deine Leidenschaft und deine hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Servicebereitschaft zeichnen dich aus.
  • Engagement & Eigeninitiative: Mit überdurchschnittlicher Motivation und Unternehmergeist bist du bereit, Grosses zu erreichen und Ziele zu übertreffen.
  • Regionale Verankerung: Dein Wohnort liegt in der Region Olten, in welchem du deine Kundinnen und Kunden betreust. Du verfügst über ein starkes Netzwerk in der Region Olten und schätzt es, neue Kontakte aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
