Wie du begeischterisch

  • Du stellst die persönliche Beratung für Basisprodukte in Themen Zahlen, Sparen, Anlegen und Vorsorgen sicher
  • Du bewirtschaftest und entwickelst dein eigenes Kundenportefeuille im Segment Privat\- Retailkunden
  • Du nimmst die engagierte Übernahme der Gastgeberrolle wahr und agierst als Ansprechperson bei allen Anliegen in der Kundenzone
  • Du begleitest und unterstützt unsere Kundschaft bei der integrierten Selbstbedienung und im Umgang mit den digitalen Hilfsmitteln

Was du mitbringsch

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung in der Bankbranche
  • Du liebst den direkten Kundenkontakt und verfügst über gute Kommunikations\- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten bevorzugt auch in Französischer Sprache
  • Du bringst eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung mit einem zuvorkommenden und gewinnenden Auftreten mit
  • Du verfügst über eine hohe Eigeninitiative sowie über unternehmerisches Denken
