Als Kundenbetreuer:in arbeitest du in einem Team mit rund fünf Personen. In dieser Position liegt dein Schwerpunkt auf der Betreuung, Beratung und Akquise von Kunden in der Baustoff\-, Recycling\-, Kanal\- und Baubranche. Du übernimmst bei deinen Kunden die administrativen Arbeiten wie das Ausarbeiten von Angeboten, das Erstellen von Verträgen und die Fakturierung. Mit Freude zeigst du Interessenten die Vorteile unserer Business Software vor Ort,analysierst Geschäftsprozesse und erarbeitest individuelle Lösungskonzepte. Nach der Einführung der Projekte betreust du die Kunden und pflegst eine langfristige Beziehung. Die Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Kunde und Softwareentwicklung bereitet dir Freude. Dank der einzigartigen Architektur unserer Business Software können pro Kunde individuelle Anpassungen vorgenommen und plattformübergreifend innovative Prozesse realisiert werden, wodurch eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit erreicht werden kann. Die Abteilung für die Branchen Baustoff, Bau, Recycling und Kanal verfügt über einen soliden und wachsenden Kundenstamm. Was erwarten wir Freude an der Akquise und starke Kundenorientierung Erstkontakte fallen dir leicht, du hörst aktiv zu und machst die Herausforderungen der Kunden zu deinen eigenen. Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und vernetztes Denken Nach kurzer Zeit verstehst du die Geschäftsprozesse des Kunden und kannst entsprechend fundierte Empfehlungen abgeben. Stark in der Kommunikation Das Kommunizieren fällt dir leicht und die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Persönlichkeiten bereitet dir Freude. Qualifikation HF/FH in Betriebsökonomie, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder verwandte Studienrichtung. Wir sind offen für Studienabsolventen oder Personen, die sich aktuell im Studiumsabschluss befinden.
