Unser Neugut\-Garage\-Team bietet Lösungen für sämtliche Kundenwünsche, rund um das suchen per sofort oder nach Absprache eine/n Kundendienstberater (w/m) 100% Sie sind eine aufgestellte und sympathische Person, die sehr gerne mit Kunden und Autos zu tun hat. Sie bringen Fachwissen, Dynamik und Teamgeist mit und haben das Verlangen, im Autogewerbe etwas zu bewegen, so sind Sie zur Verstärkung unseres Kundendienstes schon fast perfekt. Ihre Aufgaben: Rundumbetreuung von Kunden und deren Fahrzeuge Terminvereinbarungen, Annahme und Abgabe von Kundenfahrzeugen Verkauf von Dienstleistungen und Zubehör Versicherungsaufträge abwickeln, sowie und Malerarbeiten koordinieren Erstellen und bearbeiten von Kundenbriefen und Wartungsverträgen Kontakt zu Importeur pflegen Unsere Anforderungen: Langjährige Erfahrung im Autogewerbe Technische Grundausbildung als Automobil\-Fachmann/frau oder Mechatroniker/in EFZ von Vorteil Kaufmännische Weiterbildung von Vorteil, mit guten EDV und Social\-Media Kenntnissen Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und die Grundlage einer 2\. Landessprache und /oder Englisch Flexibel und belastbar Sie behalten in hektischen Zeiten Ruhe und Übersicht und sind Lösungsorientiert Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft Führerausweis Kat.
