Aufgaben:

  • Persönliche und telefonische Betreuung sowie Beratung der Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Entgegennahme, Erfassung und Koordination von Werkstatt- und Serviceaufträgen
  • Planung und Abstimmung der Aufträge mit den internen Fachbereichen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Kontrolle und Abrechnung ausgeführter Arbeiten
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen sowie administrative Nachbearbeitung der Aufträge
  • Bearbeitung von Garantie- und Servicefällen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen Kunden, Werkstatt und Administration
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Kundendienst

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Automobil- oder Nutzfahrzeugbranche
  • Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst, in der Werkstattadministration oder Auftragsabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Fahrzeugen
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Gute organisatorische und administrative Fähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbare, kommunikative und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
