Für ein etabliertes und modernes Unternehmen in der Automobilbranche suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Kundendienstberater/-in. In dieser vielseitigen Position sind Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kundschaft und Werkstatt und tragen wesentlich zu einer hohen Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit bei.  

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung der Kundinnen und Kunden im Servicebereich
  • Entgegennahme und Erfassung von Service- und Reparaturaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen sowie Abrechnung der ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Koordination von Werkstattterminen und Sicherstellung eines effizienten Informationsflusses
  • Organisation und Überwachung eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs
  • Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei der Erreichung einer hohen Service- und Kundenzufriedenheit

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Automobilbereich (z. B. Automobil-Mechatroniker/-in, Automobil-Fachmann/-frau) oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Branchenerfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt, idealerweise im Automobilumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen IT-Systeme
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
