Kundendienstberater/in \- (80–100 %) ======================================

AG ist eine junger, dynamischer \- Vertriebspartner und AMG \- Performance Center in Zürich\-Kloten. Als mittelgrosses Unternehmen und Teil einer modernen Garagengruppe möchten wir uns mit kundennahen und professionellen Dienstleistungen erfolgreich im Markt positionieren.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Kundendienstberater/in \- (80–100 %)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Beratung der Kundschaft
  • Planung von Terminen und Werkstattauslastung
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Bearbeitung von Reparaturaufträgen
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Werkstattaufträgen
  • Durchführung von Fahrzeugendkontrollen inkl. Sauberkeitsprüfung
  • Übergabe fertiggestellter Fahrzeuge an die Kundschaft
  • Abwicklung von Garantie\- und Schadenfällen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und KundenleadsBeratung und Verkauf von Fahrzeugzubehör

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Automobilgewerbe
  • Weiterbildung als Kundendienstberater/in oder im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Kenntnisse der Marke \- von Vorteil
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft sowie zielorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft für den gemeinsamen Erfolg
  • Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit, auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Gültiger Führerausweis der Kategorie B
