Kundendienstberater/in (m/w/d) 100%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden im Serviceprozess
  • Entgegennahme von Reparatur\- und Serviceaufträgen sowie Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Terminplanung der Werkstattaufträge
  • Mithilfe (gegenseitig) Kundendienstberater Opel \& Suzuki
  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation zwischen Kunden und Werkstatt
  • Aktiver Verkauf von Serviceleistungen, Zubehör und Zusatzangeboten
  • Bearbeitung von Garantie\- und Kulanzanträgen gemäss Herstellervorgaben
  • Rechnungsstellung sowie Fahrzeugübergabe mit fachmännischer Erklärung der durchgeführten Arbeiten
  • Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung in der Automobilbranche (z. B. Automobil\-Mechatroniker/in EFZ)
  • Weiterbildung zum/zur Kundendienstberater/in von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung mit professionellem Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
