Am Standort in Weiningen ZH suchen wir eine technisch versierte Person, welche eine professionelle Abwicklung im Bereich des Kundendienstes sicherstellt und das gesamte Werkstattteam unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung der Kunden (Annahme Reparaturen, Service) am Schalter und Telefon
  • Offerterstellung \& Verkauf sämtlicher Werkstattleistungen
  • Erfassen und bearbeiten von Kundenaufträgen
  • Schlusskontrolle und Verrechnung der Werkstattaufträge
  • Koordination und Durchführung von Fahrzeugübergaben
  • Qualitätssicherung und Nachbetreuung der Kunden
  • Planung der Miet\- und Ersatzfahrzeuge sowie Kontrolle auf Schäden
  • Abklärung und Bearbeitung von Garantie\- und Kulanzfällen
  • Bearbeitung von Versicherungsfällen
  • Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Automobil, Bau\- oder Landmaschinen
  • Berufserfahrung im Automobil\-Bereich, von Vorteil auf Nutzfahrzeuge
  • Vorzugsweise bereits Berufserfahrung als Kundendienstberater gesammelt
  • Weiterbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten
  • Zielorientierte sowie zuverlässige Person, welche selbständig arbeitet und auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick behält
  • Gültiger Führerausweis Kat. B (Kat. C von Vorteil)
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse, Fremdsprachen (Italienisch, Englisch) von Vorteil
