Für mehrere moderne Garagenbetriebe im Kanton Aargau suche ich erfahrene Kundendienstberater und Serviceberater. Gesucht sind Fachleute, die ihr Handwerk verstehen, gerne mit Kunden arbeiten und auch in hektischen Situationen ruhig und lösungsorientiert bleiben.

Deine Aufgaben ##

Als Kundendienstberater bist du die wichtige Verbindung zwischen Kunde und Werkstatt. Du sorgst dafür, dass der Kunde weiss, was an seinem Fahrzeug gemacht werden muss, und dass die Werkstatt effizient arbeiten kann.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Du empfängst und betreust Kunden persönlich, telefonisch und digital.
  • Du nimmst Fahrzeuge entgegen und erstellst die entsprechenden Reparatur- und Serviceaufträge.
  • Du koordinierst Termine und stellst sicher, dass die Werkstatt gut ausgelastet ist.
  • Du erklärst technische Arbeiten verständlich und informierst Kunden transparent über Kosten und Reparaturen.
  • Du erkennst zusätzlichen Servicebedarf und sprichst Kunden professionell darauf an.
  • Du beurteilst Reparaturen und kannst einschätzen, wie viel Zeit eine Arbeit in der Werkstatt benötigt.
  • Bei technischen Fragen kannst du dank deinem Fachwissen mitdenken und bei Bedarf auch eine erste Diagnose erstellen.
  • Du nutzt moderne digitale Hilfsmittel und bist offen für neue Technologien und KI-Anwendungen.

Das bringst du mit ##

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automobil-Fachmann/-frau EFZ, Automobil-Mechatroniker/-in EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Automobilgewerbe.

Ausserdem bringst du bereits Erfahrung im Kundendienst oder als Serviceberater mit und kennst die Abläufe eines Schweizer Garagenbetriebs.

Wichtig ist uns:

  • Erfahrung im Kundendienst oder Service
  • Gute technische Kenntnisse im Automobilbereich
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten
  • Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Auch bei Stress behältst du den Überblick
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und denkst lösungsorientiert
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
