Du kennst Autos. Du kennst Kunden. Und du weisst, dass ein Werkstattbesuch nicht immer nach Plan läuft.

Mal leuchtet die Motorlampe fünf Minuten vor der Ferienfahrt auf, mal wird aus einem kleinen Geräusch plötzlich ein grösserer Auftrag. Genau dann braucht es jemanden, der ruhig bleibt, den Überblick behält und weiss, was zu tun ist.

Für einen etablierten Garagenbetrieb mit Markenvertretung in Zürich suchen wir einen erfahrenen Kundendienstberater, der Kunden nicht einfach abfertigt, sondern professionell betreut und langfristig bindet.

Dein Alltag? Alles andere als langweilig. ##

Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für die Kundschaft - persönlich, telefonisch und manchmal auch dann, wenn die Geduld bereits etwas dünn ist.

Du erklärst, koordinierst, organisierst und findest Lösungen. Gleichzeitig hast du die Werkstatt, den Kunden und die wirtschaftlichen Aspekte im Blick.

Das gehört zu deinem Job:

  • Kunden persönlich und telefonisch empfangen und betreuen
  • Offerten, Arbeitsaufträge und Rechnungen erstellen
  • Termine und Aufträge mit der Werkstatt koordinieren
  • Zwischen Kunde, Werkstatt und Verkauf den Überblick behalten
  • Garantie- und Kulanzfälle bearbeiten
  • Einen hohen Qualitäts- und Servicestandard sicherstellen
  • Den Aftersales-Bereich aktiv unterstützen
  • Zusatzleistungen und Produkte mit Fingerspitzengefühl verkaufen

Was solltest du mitbringen? ##

  • Ausbildung als Automobilfachmann EFZ, Automobilmechatroniker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Kundendienstberater
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Organisationstalent und Nerven, wenn gleichzeitig fünf Dinge passieren
  • Technisches Verständnis und kaufmännisches Denken
  • Verkaufsflair ohne -Drückerkolonnen-Mentalität-
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und eine gute Portion Humor

Wenn du Kundendienstberater bist, musst du niemandem erklären, was dein Job bedeutet. Du weisst selbst, dass man dafür mehr braucht als technisches Wissen und ein freundliches -Grüezi-.

Man muss zuhören können. Lösungen finden. Verkaufen können. Und auch dann ruhig bleiben, wenn es rundherum gerade etwas hektisch wird.
